This
hand held instrument is used to reprogram KELLER PROGRES pressure
transmitters (PRO-Series 20, 21, 25 and 41 etc.). It is suited
for portable on-site use or laboratory operations in conjunction
with a PC.
The PROGRES circuit used in PRO version transmitters allows the
important device parameters of Zero, Gain and Thermal Coefficients
to be adjusted or reprogrammed.
The KELLER PROGRES circuit has evolved since its launch in '89
and now has more features in its second release (PROGRES-95).
The new PP-96 Programmer is used to access all the features of
the latest transmitters fitted with the PROGRES-95 circuit. Transmitter
output signals can be monitored on an independent test meter (not
supplied).
The PP-96 has been designed so that it is also compatible with
older KELLER transmitters which use the previous PROGRES-89 circuit.
However when used with older transmitters only the reprogramming
functions are available.
